Job Description
Reporting to the team Director you will be an integral part of a real estate transaction group sourcing, analyzing and executing opportunistic real estate deals – either through equity participation, development funding, mezzanine financing and pre-IPO funding. You will provide detailed and robust financial analysis for investment opportunities, supporting senior deal teams with structuring, debt financing and asset re-engineering. As a key member of a small team you will be very hands on portfolio management and operations
Requirements
- First class academics from leading School. Ideally with MBA/CFA
- At least 3-4 years experience in either a private equity fund, investment bank or real estate fund/develop
- Significant exposure to development process and active asset management
