Background

Originally from the UK, Ian trained with Arthur Andersen in London within the Real Estate Corporate Tax Group.

He moved to China in early 2006, working with Michael Page in Shanghai, where he completed numerous senior level finance positions across a range of leading multi-national, NASDAQ listed Chinese entities and pre-IPO portfolio companies. In late 2007 he established the Michael Page Beijing office building practice groups covering Finance, Energy and Real Estate.

Since 2009 he has built TAG Recruitment into a respected China recruiter developing and managing consultant teams.

He possesses a First Class honours degree in Commercial Management from the University of Manchester (UMIST). He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CTA). Ian has a strong network and relationships with leading executives in the Greater China market and across Asia, particularly in the property, finance and private equity markets.

Background

Susan has over 12 years’ experience in the Beijing market and is a highly respected and well known recruitment professional. She has a strong network across China and an industry leader in the Manufacturing, Technology & Telecoms sectors.

After an initial career as a software engineering, Susan joined a leading domestic search firm, Career International, and over a 6 year period led and grew their manufacturing and technology teams. Subsequently, she joined a leading international recruiter for 2 years, before establishing TAG Recruitment in 2009.

Susan possesses a degree in Computer Engineering from the Beijing Electronic Science and Technology Institute University.
