TAG0287 – Structural Engineer, Beijing

Leading international developer has JV project with local investment fund and developer. high profile commercial office and retail mix in central Beijing. Current need for a strong structural engineer to join project team.

Job Description 

• Take full responsibility for structural design and pre-construction issues
• particular focus on subway risks and regulations
• Work with local design institutes and regulators to ensure compliance
• Communicate between designers, institutes and head office

Requirements 

• Degree qualified in Civil/structural engineering, ideally with Masters
• At least 5-8 years experience, either within design institute, project manager or developer
• Experience in tall building design and working with international architects and unusual designs
• Ability to communicate in a clear manner with international teams
• Strong focus on project delivery and planning
