Our client is a leading international developer with a large scale mixed use scheme currently under construction. They need a senior Construction Director to be based on site and manage all site works.
Job Description
Full day to day management responsibility for the site as well as key liaison to Beijing head office and design/management teams.
- Lead and co-ordinate all development activities in site
- Manage local government and design institute relations
- Lead, stabilize and develop a large professional team
- Provide direction to project management agents
Requirements
- 10-15 years of construction and engineering experience
- Broad knowledge of high end residential and mixed use schemes
- Clear understanding of international environment and teams
- Strong architectural management experience
- Fluent English and reliable honest character
